Objectives of the Position

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns and initiatives to achieving targeted profitable growth F&V crop segment.
  • To have strategic execution plans in according to the agreed crop marketing strategies and implement with the sales team.
  • To establish wholistic key asset/brand management strategies and execution plans to achieve country common goal.
  • To establish a dynamic market intelligence database and to innovate for impactful sales and marketing approaches.

ain Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

  • Provide F&V crop marketing strategy in development and implementation to improve BASF position in the market.
  • Execution of Brand and Campaign Plans with collaboration with the sales & tech. services in the assigned territory and geography.
  • Creating impactful Unique Value Proposition for Top Focus Portfolios that able to meet the need/ as solutions and lead the value for customer.
  • Gather and analyze market on key crops/segment as well as proper documentation as reference for future development of new product/solution, include determining pricing, product launch plan, schedule visits and promotional campaign.
  • Design & provide crop solution training as well as impactful sales & marketing tools for all key products.
  • Coordinate with Tech-services team in providing proper technical knowledge transfer and commercial readiness with internal team and channel partners.
  • Provide technical support to customers as trouble shooters and technical consultant, including handling/ follow-up complaints on technical related issue with the sales team.
  • Lead Tech-service team to develop Proof of concept trials to support New launches
  • Create compelling and persuasive content for campaign materials, including social media posts, videos, blog articles, and website content.
  • Utilize various marketing and communication channels, such as social media, email marketing, events, and partnerships, to maximize campaign reach and impact
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, measure key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, making recommendations for improvement.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business/ Marketing or related course in Agricultural is preferred.
  • Minimum with 3 years’ experience in agricultures marketing or business development in business related; experience in sales or marketing of F&V crop is a must
