1.Talent Acquisition & Headhunting

  • Lead recruitment efforts for high-level roles, using headhunting techniques to identify and approach potential candidates.
  • Source candidate through various channels (Linkedln, job boards, professional networks, etc.).
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent stages of the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to fulfil both immediate and future staffing needs.

    2.Talent Management:

    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure high employee retention and job satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with department head assess talent gaps and develop succession plans.
    • Facilitate career development programs and employee growth initiative.

      3. Onboarding and integration:

      • Manage onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
      • Develop orientation programs and ensure new hires are well integrated into the company culture.

        4. Employee Relations & Engagement:

        • Act as a liaison between management and employees to address issues and foster a positive work environment.
        • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation, productivity, and retention.

          5. HR Data & Reporting:

          • Maintain and update recruitment and talent management metrics and KPIs.
          • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment progress and talent development.

            6. Employer Branding:

            • Promote the company as an attractive place to work, enhancing the employer brand through various initiatives.

              Represent the organization at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, and headhunting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and headhunting tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Monthly Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000
