• Liaising with vendors and clients: Actively contacting vendors, clients to ensure the smooth provision of materials and services for events.
• Contacting participants and following up on events: Contacting and following up with event participants, providing necessary information and support to ensure a positive experience.
• Short video planning and editing: Participating in the planning, editing, and production of short videos to provide interesting and vivid video content for event promotion.
