Job Title: Sales Operations and Data Processing Specialist

Overview:

The ideal candidate will manage and process large datasets, ensure data accuracy, and support various data-related projects. This role is crucial in assisting the sales department through detailed data analysis, optimizing sales processes, and handling data encoding and sales order processing. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data processing tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Process:

- Manage sales orders from receipt to delivery.

- Develop and implement order management processes and procedures.

- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to manage stock availability.

- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Data Analytics:

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to enhance sales performance.

- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key metrics such as pipeline status, sales forecasts, and performance against targets.

- Track and evaluate sales performance based on established KPIs.

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes, systems, and tools. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

Project Management:

- Maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAMs).

- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are properly documented.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales operations, data analysis, and project management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
