  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all finance and accounting management.
  • Managing all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
  • Cost control for supply chain operation.
  • Manage standard cost and report variance every week/month.
  • Support month end nd year end close process.
  • Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
  • Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report vacancies.
  • Tracking weekly/monthly business performance vs budget/LE
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
  • Research technical accounting of regulatory reporting.
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filing.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen controls.
  • Additional controller duties as necessary including analysis for supporting the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master in Accounting or related disciplines.
  • CPA or CA qualification is a must or equivalent overseas qualification.
  • 10 years of overall combined accounting, finance and taxation experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month end/year end close process.
  • Strong accounting software user(SAP/System knowledge) is a must.
  • Administration and analytical skills.
