Supervisor/Kitchen Crew/Floor Crew

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Food and Beverage Staff. The Food and Beverage Staff will play a key role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

- Assist guests in selecting menu items and making recommendations.

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.

- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly.

- Handle cash and process payments accurately using POS systems.

- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions.

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.

- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Food safety certification is a plus.

- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/carry trays of food and beverages.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
