Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 1 (one) year of cashier experience in the Hospitality Industry.
- Attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory and transaction records
- Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts and records
- Excellent communication to interact with team members and customers
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operations at the cashier counter
- Processes customer’s bills, handles credit transactions.
- Deal with member’s and visitor’s complaints on matters related to billing and collection at F&B outlets.
- To monitor and attend customers request for bills
- To perform individual shift closing and day closing (if last shift of the day) which includes summary list report and ensure that amount is tallies with the daily sales collection.
- Ensure all bills are paid by credit/debit card, e-wallet and cash are compiled together with the settlement report and summary list to be submitted to finance department daily.
