Role: Mandarin Customer Service
Work Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam (opposite LRT or KTM Subang Jaya station)
Interview stages: 2 rounds of interviews. 1st - phone call & 2nd -virtual meeting
Type: Permanent
Working hours: 24/7 rotation shift, 5 days rotation working day
Package: Basic: RM 4000 + KPI allowance: Up to RM 300 + Transportation allowance: RM 20 per day (based on time shift)

Details Job Description:
In this position, you'll are required to:
- Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI and SLA elements.
To excel in this role, you'll require:
- Able to converse fluently using Mandarin and English
- Able to read & write Traditional & Simplified Mandarin word
- Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
- Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift - 5 days working

It would be fantastic if you possess:
- Six months or more of customer service experience
