Head of Early Years

We are looking for an effective School Leader who will be responsible for establishing a schoolwide vision of commitment to high standards with rigorous learning goals to shape the success of all students and teachers. The candidate is expected to create a climate hospital to education, characterised by mutual respect for every member of the school community; an upbeat, welcoming, solution-oriented, professional environment; and efforts to involve all staff, students and parents. The candidate’s role acts in line with the mission of the school and articulates the mission for all aspects of the school’s programmes. In keeping with the school’s mission, the school leader fosters the traditions, relationships, and practices that determine the school’s climate and culture. The candidate acts as the spokesperson for the school with all its internal and external constituencies including students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni, neighbours, business community, governmental agencies, and local, state, regional and national plus international educational organisations and accrediting agencies. The School Leader has a role in the responsibility for curriculum and instruction, student life, business affairs, admission and advancement.
