Maintenance (Technician / Handyman)

We are on the looking for a skilled and reliable handyman to join our maintenance department. You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including maintaining green spaces, identifying the need for repairs, responding to schools’ maintenance requests. To be an effective handyman, you will be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Skilful hands, good physical stamina, and strong technical knowledge are important parts of the successful candidates’ talents. Job Descriptions: Assist in all aspects of maintenance work including but not limited to electrical, aircond, mechanical, civil, plumbing, painting and carpentry. Perform tasks and duties as and when required by Management. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least SPM level and above. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems. Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment. Extremely organized with good communication skills. Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving. Due to school environment Not Smoking candidate.
