About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrative Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves a mix of in-office and remote work, with a primary focus on parcel packing during your office day and administrative tasks that can be managed remotely.
This role requires a 1 in-office day a week (of about 4 hours, primarily to do parcel packing) and the rest of the week being fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Parcel Packing (In-Office Day - 4 Hours/Week):
- Prepare and pack 6 to 10 parcels daily, including Shopee orders, customer microchips, and gifts.
- Assist with packing office items for upcoming pet exhibitions.
2) Supply Management
- Replenish office supplies from Shopee, including microchips and other essentials.
- Maintain pantry and cleaning supplies, with orders from Grab/Foodpanda or other suppliers.
3) Office Maintenance & Coordination (Remote):
- Coordinate with cleaners, handymen, and manage replenishment of pantry items.
- Arrange deliveries, interviews, travel bookings, and other office logistics.
- Check and manage bills from the mailbox (Rental, Telco, TNB, Indah Water, Water).
4) Ad-Hoc Tasks (Remote/In-Office as Needed):
- Provide support on any other relevant tasks as needed.
Skills & Requirements:
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
- Experience with ordering items and doing simple comparison Shopee and Grab is a plus.
