Indoor Sales
- Monitor and follow up on the status of ongoing services jobs or customers order and update the sales or service team as well as customers where necessary.
- Respond to customer enquiry (Email, Web, Phone, Walk-in, etc.) within the required time frame set by company.
- Provide quotation and tender submission, etc. within the required time frame set by company.
- Monitor and follow up quotation with customer.
- To monitor and follow up for payment and process other payment related matter.
- After sales service
- To build and maintain good relationship with the customers.
- Perform ad-hoc assignment from time to time
JOB DESCRIPTION: Indoor sales support roles include assisting other members of the sales team by handling remote interactions with customers. Maintaining customer satisfaction is the primary goal of this position, and the ideal candidate will spend much of their time preparing quotations, responding to inquiries, helping with issues, and providing updates on requests while looking for new sales opportunities. Indoor sales support must be comfortable with a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. REQUIREMENTS:
