JOB DESCRIPTION:

Indoor sales support roles include assisting other members of the sales team by handling remote interactions with customers. Maintaining customer satisfaction is the primary goal of this position, and the ideal candidate will spend much of their time preparing quotations, responding to inquiries, helping with issues, and providing updates on requests while looking for new sales opportunities. Indoor sales support must be comfortable with a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fresh graduates or experienced sales personnel are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Good working attitude & self-disciplined.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin
