We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that will enhance product awareness and drive adoption. If you have a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly in launching new products and implementing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Messaging and Positioning:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Products to craft compelling product positioning, propositions, and communication strategies that resonate with merchants and set our product apart from competitors in target markets.
  1. Market, Customer, and Competitive Analysis:
  • Gain a deep understanding of buyers and personas, industry trends, and competitive products to inform strategic decisions.
  1. GTM Strategy Development:
  • Develop effective go-to-market strategies and acquisition plans to boost awareness and adoption. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product trials and purchase rates meet defined goals. Experiment with various approaches to determine the most effective strategies for each product.
  1. Sales Team Collaboration:
  • Support the sales team with the necessary content and tools to facilitate deal closures.
  1. Collateral Development:
  • Conceptualize and create marketing and sales content for diverse platforms. Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce high-quality, relevant content.
  1. Data Analytics:
  • Analyze data from various sources to derive actionable insights and adjust strategies to align with revenue goals.
  1. Ideation:
  • Use feedback and reviews to brainstorm new product features or ideas in collaboration with the product team as needed.
  • Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience with SaaS products.
    • Proven ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, and pricing.
    • Experience driving a variety of GTM programs such as acquisition plans, webinars, trade shows, social media, and content marketing. Experience with account-based marketing is a plus.
    • Data-driven with a strong comfort level with digital tools and a curiosity to experiment with new techniques.
    • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including executive management, product management, operations, sales, and marketing.
    • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Fluent in English and Chinese; a technical background is preferred.
