Key Responsibilities
- Manage all property day-to-day operations
- Activity and Financial Activity with Company SOP.
- Lead the operational team of the hotel to maximize efficiency and achieve the highest volume of revenues.
- Recruiting and hiring new hotel staff to fill vacant positions.
- Monitor, supervise and train staff to prescribed hotel standard and increase employee performance to help improve customer service
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear leadership for quality initiatives aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Establish the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting rooms, public areas, and the surrounding grounds for cleanliness and upkeep.
- Implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue, such as special packages, events, and promotions.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
