Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all property day-to-day operations
  • Activity and Financial Activity with Company SOP.
  • Lead the operational team of the hotel to maximize efficiency and achieve the highest volume of revenues.
  • Recruiting and hiring new hotel staff to fill vacant positions.
  • Monitor, supervise and train staff to prescribed hotel standard and increase employee performance to help improve customer service
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide clear leadership for quality initiatives aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Establish the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting rooms, public areas, and the surrounding grounds for cleanliness and upkeep.
  • Implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue, such as special packages, events, and promotions.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
