SITE SUPERVISOR

1. Travel to and supervise multiple sites based on the project or schedule. 2. Oversee all aspects of the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) function and civil works at the site with discipline. 3. Supervise sub-contractors by evaluating, monitoring, and controlling their performance. 4. Ensure that all projects are delivered on schedule and adhere to all project requirements. 5. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures. 6. Progressively report work progress to the Assistant Project Manager. 7. Promptly report any problems at the site to the project operation team. 8. Keep all correspondence with all parties in written format. 9. Complete records for site reports on time and accurately. 10. Maintain and update databases with project-related information. 11. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all records and reports.
