We are a food manufacturing plant that produce Ready-To-Eat food, paste, sauce, tea mix and instant noodles. We are looking for a perfect candidate to join our team.

The responsibilities of this role:

1) Perform quality control inspections on incoming materials and outgoing finished products.

2) Conduct regular physical inventory counts of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to verify accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.

3) Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems to monitor stock levels, locations, and expiration dates.

4) Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles to ensure timely rotation of inventory and prevent product spoilage.

5) Implement and maintain procedures for handling damaged or defective products from suppliers and the production area.

6) Identify opportunities for process improvement within the inventory management function.

7) Involved in supplier management - collecting supplier quality documents, registering supplier into approved supplier list, conduct supplier evaluation

Requirements

1) 1. Fresh grads- Diploma in related fields (Logistics/ Inventory management/ Food management) /SPM with relevant work experience (Warehouse management/ Food Manufacturing)

2) Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP and Halal

3) Experienced in food industry/ warehouse management, can operate forklift (with/without license), have food handling certificate and typhoid injection will be prioritized

4) Proficiency in Microsoft software (Excel, Words)

5) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6) Excellent organizational and time management skills.

7) Attention to detail and accuracy.

8) No health condition (must be physically healthy)

9) Can work overtime

10) Willing to learn new things

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
