ISO OFFICER

• Identify, develop and establish Company’s Quality Management Systems and Procedures;
• Plan and perform Internal Audits of Company Systems in order to assure compliance with relevant ISO requirements and established and approved guidelines and procedures for the Company’s business processes;
• Coordinate ISO registration & certification activities and external surveillance audits.
• Develop and maintain all manuals, forms other documents as per the requirements of relevant ISO standards;
• As a member of the audit team need to participate in conducting comprehensive reviews of the business activities including performing and documenting internal audits as well as providing follow-up activities to ensure adherence to written and approved practices;
• Responsible for QAQC-related documentation and data control.
• Conduct analysis and reporting of internal/ external quality performance.
• Conduct analysis of quality problems
• Identify and initiate actions to prevent nonconformity relating to internal processes and products.
• Monitor the quality performance and verify corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved satisfactorily with necessary countermeasures to prevent
• Aggregate figures on quality issues and use them for improvement.
• Basically working in HQ, but sometimes visit government office or clients’ place

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
