  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in daily system administration and data management operations, including data analysis, preparation and troubleshooting
  • Participate in data acquisition and preparation, quality assurance, completeness, accuracy & consistency and delivery timeliness
  • Ensuring the completeness, accuracy and consistency of the data so that it meets the standards of quality expected for reporting
  • Work with team members to develop reports, tools to measure and report on business transformation activities
  • To generate reports for operational/ business needs
  • Accesses the company’s internal systems to obtain and extract information for various scheduled and special reports
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • To get information tallied before calling customers to salvage dispute matters
  • Contact customer for missing information of orders.
  • Able to spot trending and highlight issues immediately
  • To ensure all reports are completed for the day to prevent back log processing
  • Provides back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Adheres to PDPA and clean desk policy
  • No attendance and punctuality issues
  • Adaptable to fast-paced changes
  • To achieve KPIs set by the management
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Benefits:

Basic salary range (RM2,500-RM3,000) + KPI up to RM300-RM500 (Depend on target and operation) + Attendance allowance (RM100)

Annual leave 16 days per annum*

EPF, SOCSO and EIS

Working hour: 10.00 am - 7.00 pm, Monday to Friday

Off day: Weekend & Public Holiday*

Office location within walking distance from LRT station (Ampang Park station).
