  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Production Support: Work closely with production teams to align material availability with production schedules:

  • Regularly communicate with production supervisors and managers to understand upcoming production requirements.
  • Ensure that all necessary materials and components are available in time to meet production targets, minimizing any delays.
  • Respond quickly to changes in production schedules by adjusting material plans and coordinating urgent deliveries where needed.
  • Monitor real-time material consumption during production and resolve shortages proactively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations:

  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely placement of purchase orders and resolve any supplier-related issues that might impact material availability.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to track incoming materials and plan deliveries to meet production timelines.
  • Work with the quality control team to ensure all incoming materials meet required specifications and address any non-conformance issues quickly.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between departments to align goals, address challenges, and optimize workflows, ensuring that production is never hindered by material-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
