IREX requests bids from consultants to provide the following consultation services:

The offers must be presented to IREX not later than October 10, 2024
The quote period begins September 20, 2024 and ends October 10, 2024
IREX reserves the right to request additional information from any or all-responding tax consultant to assist it in its evaluation process.
The application will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
This announcement does not obligate IREX to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the commercial offers. Furthermore, IREX reserves the right to reject any and all offers if such action is in the best interest of organization. IREX also reserves the right to remove one or more of the services from consideration for this contract should the evaluation show that it is in IREX’s best interest to do so. IREX also may, at its discretion, issue a separate contract for any service or groups of services included in this RFO. IREX reserves the right to make amendments to the volume and cost of services as agreed with the selected vendor or may negotiate additional provisions to the contract awarded under this RFO. IREX reserves the right to modify and extend this contract based on program requirements and needs.

for procurement of project management and media consultancy services for Central Asia
IREX requests bids from consultants to provide the following consultation services:
- Review of the media content trends in Central Asia
- Provide support to IREX partners of strategy development
- Supervise the adaptation of educational content
- Support media partners in the production and co-production of media content as needed
- Perform other duties as required by the job
- Provide strategic and technical leadership to the program.
- Coordinate with IREX program and management teams in the home office
- Oversee and monitor quality of organizational capacity development to local organizations.
- Ensure project activities are implemented on schedule and within budget.
- Serve as principal liaison with private sector and civil society partners, program partners and beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate regularly with IREX/DC regarding project implementation and partner relations.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with local, regional, and international organizations active in the media sector.
- Support monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of program activities.
- Mentor and at times oversee work of regional project staff and local project partners.

- Experience in development for media organizations in Central Asia - 30 pnts
- Experience in production of media content in Central Asia - 40 pnts
- Contacts/networks in the Central Asian education space – 20 pnts
