Quality Control

• Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. • Perform regular quality checks using tools, gauges, and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring devices). • Document inspection results by completing reports, logs, and other required forms. • Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from specifications to supervisors and relevant teams. • Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues during the manufacturing process. • Conduct audits and follow-up inspections to ensure corrective actions have been implemented. • Monitor and maintain compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and efficiency. Qualifications: • Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or quality control is a plus. • Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment. • Strong understanding of quality control standards, processes, and techniques. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. • Proficiency in using measuring tools and equipment for inspection. • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with quality control software or data entry systems.
