Computer Practical Student

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Computer Science intern to join our team. This Internship is designed to provide hand-on experience in hardware and software computer development. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to meaningful projects while developing your technical skills. Key Responsibilities: - Assists in identify and troubleshoot hardware and software problems in computers and laptops. - Assists in perform repairs and upgrades on computer systems, including replacing hardware components, installing software, and configuring systems. - Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and guide them through troubleshooting processes. - Assists in set up new computers and peripherals, including printers, scanners, and network devices, ensuring proper configuration and connectivity. - Assist with network setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Malaysian skills certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. - Basic knowledge of computer's hardware and software development. - Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. - Ability to mange time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
