Job description We are looking for Account & Admin Assistant to join our Account and Finance team to assist the Accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking, and preparing budgets and reports. To be eligible in this role, you will require: 1. At least a Diploma/Professional Certificate in accounting. 2. Knowledge in full set of accounting/bookkeeping. 3. Knowledge in computerized accounting software. 4. At least two (2) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Your responsibilities will be: 1. Book-keeping daily transactions and routine 2. Matching accounts with third party 3. Reconcile accounts on monthly basis 4. Filling daily documents accordingly 5. Monthly stock take of products 6. Other ad-hoc as and when required.
