Job Summary

To assist in planning and execute loyalty programs - L’OCCITANE VIP Program (LVP) and MELVITA Card Program (MCP) in line with overall business objectives and strategies for 2 countries – Malaysia & Singapore

You will play an important role, such as:

  • To assist in planning and implement LVP and MCP member’s activities annual calendar.
  • To maintain and monitor LVP and MCP database mining, maximize the usage of members’ information (demographic, psychographic and purchase history) to develop relevant activation activity / campaign.
  • To liaise with CRM vendors on daily operation requests.
  • To support daily store inquiries (e.g. profile update, membership issue, CRM related portal downtime issue and etc).
  • Prepare monthly CRM reports (both LVP and MCP).
  • To assist in formulating and develop management reporting and data analysis to track activity / campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with marketing team to ensure mutual goals and implementation of marketing plans and launch activities.
