The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of assigned region. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, increasing market share and supporting sales growth through targeted marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Area:

Strategy Development

Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with overall corporate objectives.

Identify market trends, customer insights and competitive landscape to inform strategy.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, coordination and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and events to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to optimize future initiatives.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service to ensure marketing efforts support regional goals.
  • Collaborate with the brand partner marketing team to align regional strategies.

Budget Management

  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Track and report on marketing expenditures, providing insights for future budget planning.

Market Research

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, assessing the effectiveness of current market strategies. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Creativity

  • Ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Brand Management

  • Understanding of brand positioning and the ability to maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

Performance Metrics

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance for stakeholder review.

Digital Marketing Proficiency

  • Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to the company’s website.

Social Media Marketing

  • Experience in leveraging various social media platforms to engage with target audiences, build brand awareness and promote products or services.

Content Marketing

  • Ability to create and manage content that resonates with the target audience including blogs, articles, videos and infographics.

Analytics Tools

  • Proficiency in using digital analytics tools (such as Google analytics) to track campaign performance, user behavior and ROI.

Personal Development.

  • To have and maintain at all times competent knowledge in areas of duty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in Marketing, preferably within a regional or multi-location context
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools as well as MS Office Suite
