- Handle the full set of accounts and perform month-end closing in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger and other financial data.
- Monthly account reconcilation and bank reconcilation.
- Liaise with internal, external customers, bankers, auditors, tax agent anf other related authorities.
- Preparation for audit and tax submission.
- Calculate payroll accurately by incorporating all necessary data for every half and end month.
- Preparation of SST report for every 2 months for payment purposes.
- Undertake any other tasks or ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned by the management.
- Min. education requirements: Diploma in accounting and related field.
- At least 1-2 years experience in related field.
- Experiences using accounting software such as MYOB and Autocount will be added as advantages.
- Able to meet deadline, able to multi-task with minimum supervision and capacity to work indipendently.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.
