Key Responsibilities
E-commerce & Digital Marketing (60%)
- E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee and optimize KueMue’s presence on our website and platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
- Website Development Coordination: Collaborate with web developers (in-house or outsourced) to ensure the company’s website is user-friendly, fully functional, and optimized for sales.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Content Creation: Develop and coordinate content creation (posts, videos, graphics) for social media, product listings, and promotional materials.
- SEO & Analytics: Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and monitor performance metrics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to assess and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns to build relationships with customers, engage leads, and boost sales.
Business Development (40%)
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant brands, influencers, and affiliates to expand KueMue’s market reach.
- Affiliate & Agent Management: Lead and manage the company’s affiliate and agentship programs, driving engagement and fostering sales growth.
- Pre-Launch Sales Strategy: Work on developing sales strategies leading up to the product launch, including identifying target markets and building pre-launch buzz.
- Lead Generation & Networking: Research and approach potential B2B partners, distributors, or resellers to explore new business opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, potential clients, and customers to drive repeat business and long-term growth.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or business development.
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.).
- Experience running digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, social media, paid ads).
Skills:
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Solid knowledge of e-commerce tools, marketing analytics, and SEO best practices.
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and form strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to solve problems proactively.
- Basic understanding of web development processes (preferably WordPress/Shopify).
Nice to Have
- Experience working with startups or in fast-paced environments.
