Site Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities • Assist skeleton team in renovating and upgrading of residential properties/assets • Possess technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues independently but with good judgement of knowing if issue requires escalation and reporting before further action • Day-to-day management of site, including: o Management of workers: arrangement of workers and monitoring efficiency of workers o Management of materials: ability to do simple calculation to estimate required material based on drawing for procurement team with sufficient lead time o Coordination with sub-contractor and internal design team: ability to highlight issue o Preparation of paperwork including daily site report with progress pictures, checking and taking of site measurements, checking of claim's quantity o Execution of work in accordance to drawings and specifications/quality required • Ability to participate in management of progress: organise workflow of sub-contractors and workers in accordance to outlined schedule (with guidance from superior) Requirements • Minimum of 2 years working experience related to construction management and supervision in construction field (must be based on site) • Must possess SSS Certificate (Yellow Book) and CIDB (green card) • Possess own vehicle with clean valid driving license and willing to travel. • Able to interpret technical construction drawings • Able to lead and work with foreign workers • Able to work independently with minimum guidance on technical/site issues
