  • Plan and execute online sales channel campaigns and promotions to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize sales.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.

Roadshow Planning and Support:

  • Plan, coordinate, and support roadshows and other offline marketing events to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set objectives for roadshows and events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and other promotional content for roadshows and events.

Marketing Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns and increase engagement.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality marketing materials, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and email newsletters.
  • Manage the content calendar and coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing plans.
  • Ensure content is consistent with the company’s brand voice and aligned with marketing objectives.

Brand Collaboration:

  • Search for potential collaboration and liaise with the collaboration brand.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, customer service, etc.) to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and customer outreach.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, sharing best practices in digital marketing and event planning.
  • Diploma in any business-related field etc. marketing
  • 2 to 4 years of working experience in sales and marketing jobs
  • Possess own transportation
  • Required languages: English and Mandarin due to nature of business.
