Job Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy:
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the payment solutions landscape.
  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, and launch innovative solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Customer Focus: Engage with merchant customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and prioritize features that enhance their payment experience.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that payment products comply with industry regulations and security standards


Pre-Requisites

  • Experience: min 7 years of product management experience, preferably in the payment or fintech industry with focus on merchant portal managment.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of payment products, merchant portals, and the fintech landscape.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to garner resources, lead projects across functional teams and drive product initiatives to successful completion.
  • Customer-Centric: Passion for understanding and solving customer pain points, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
