Position based in Petaling Jaya

Job Responsibilities:

This person main responsibilities is to manage all Capital Projects and proposals for Campbell Malaysia with the following details :

Capital Management

• Overview feasibility studies for capital & project plans, develop capital & project proposal for approval according to the standards of Arnott's
• Tracking & Reporting Capital Expenditures to region.

Project Management

• Manage project life cycles, chair milestone meeting , co-ordinate development and construction, acceptance test, delivery , installing and training of production personnel/maintenance
• Coordinate with other function to ensure alignment program implemented as per plan agreed.
• Drive a continuous improvement culture of safety, quality and excellence in all aspects of work.

Project Standards

• Develop, structure, train personnel and maintain a set of site standards that will be used for all Project work, including Safety Standards, Electrical Standards, and Mechanical Standards

Key Requirements For Successful Applicant:

• 5 Years experience in managing capital and complex projects in manufacturing
• Bachelor/ Master degrees in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering.
• Possess excellent capital finance & project management skills, and technical engineering skills in design both of electrical and mechanical
• Broad knowledge of process manufacturing systems, experience in Thermal processing/Packaging/Utilities preferred.
• Strong analytical skills

• Leadership and Interpersonal skills
• DOSH and OSHAS standards and machinery acts good understanding
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage diverse group and influence, deploy and manage strategic initiatives
