Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Develop high-quality visual content such as social media graphics, banners, email templates, brochures, and advertisements.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and contributes positively to our brand image.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to gather requirements and ensure design alignment with business goals.
- Web and Multimedia Design: Design and maintain engaging web pages, landing pages, and potentially interactive online content.
- Project Management: Handle multiple design projects from concept through completion while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Feedback Incorporation: Revise and improve designs based on feedback from stakeholders to meet all stated objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BachelorĂ¢s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and a variety of formats (digital and print)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Knowledge of web design principles and web production software.
- Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members.
- Experience with deadlines and budget constraints.
- Understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and detail orientation.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Capacity to take constructive criticism and make necessary changes.
