Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Consultant to join our team for an approximately one-year project based in Shah Alam, Malaysia. This role will involve implementing Power BI solutions to enhance data reporting and visualization capabilities, with some ongoing support responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, with potential travel to Singapore.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Consultant to join our team for an approximately one-year project based in Shah Alam, Malaysia. - Lead the implementation and configuration of Power BI solutions to meet business intelligence and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Develop data visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and insights to drive business decisions.
- Provide ongoing support for Power BI solutions, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance as needed.
- Utilize Power Automate and SQL for data integration and automation, enhancing reporting capabilities.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation to facilitate user adoption of Power BI solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in data reporting and analytics, recommending best practices.
- Stay updated on Power BI trends and enhancements to provide innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Power BI Consultant, with expertise in implementation and support.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard development.
- Knowledge of Power Automate and SQL is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Experience in data reporting and analytics in a business context is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to travel to Singapore as needed.
