TECHNICIAN

1. Need to do shift work/overtime. 2. To ensure all production machines/equipments are maintained according to maintenance schedule and update all maintenance records. 3. Troubleshoot production machine/equipment to ensure minimum production loss time. 4. To have a good control of machine/equipment spare parts. 5. Work together with lead operator, engineer or supervisor on machine/equipment set-up and improvement. 6. To maintain good work place organization and housekeeping. 7. Understand and interpret basic technical drawing, electronic or electrical circuit diagram and applied to workplace. 8. Comply with Environmental Control procedures documented. (whenever applicable) 9. Complete all required environmental records. (whenever applicable) 10. Report environmental nonconformity to their superiors. (whenever applicable) 11. Undertake other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
