Job Description -Managing and maintaining office supplies and equipment. -Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. -Assisting in renewal of business licenses and permits -Must have bookkeeping experience. -Ensuring a clean and organized work environment. -Handling incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, memos). -Coordinating communication between different departments or teams. -Arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans. -Inputting and updating data in databases or systems. -Maintaining accurate records and files. -Assisting in building maintenance and also motor vehicles service maintenance, roadtax & insurance -Assisting in handling courier of document, parcel -Handling and resolving complaints or issues. -Planning and coordinating company events or meetings. -Using office software and technology for tasks such as word processing, spreadsheet management, and email communication. -Basic troubleshooting for office equipment and technology. -Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality. -Adhoc task from time to time. Job requirements -Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel. -Applicant must be willing to work in Bandar Sri Damansara -Applicant must have at least SPM/Diploma. -Applicant must have own transport. -Able to perform work independently, hardworking, confident, interpersonal skills and good attitude. -Being flexible, adaptable and available to take on other tasks or duties as required. -Must be independent
