Job Overview:

We are looking for a versatile and energetic individual to fill the role of On-Air Host, Marketing Executive, and Sales Representative in the Carpentry and Interior Design industry. The ideal candidate will not only host engaging content and lead marketing initiatives but also drive sales by promoting our carpentry and interior design services. This multifaceted role is perfect for a creative and results-driven professional who excels in broadcasting, marketing, and sales, with a passion for interior design and craftsmanship.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**On-Air Host:**

- Host live or pre-recorded radio shows, podcasts, or video content that focuses on carpentry, interior design trends, tips, and DIY projects.

- Conduct interviews with industry professionals, designers, and clients to create insightful and engaging content.

- Develop and present high-quality on-air content to showcase our interior design and carpentry services.

- Engage with listeners and viewers across social media and other platforms to build brand loyalty and community engagement.

- Represent the brand at events, expos, and promotional activities related to interior design and carpentry.

**Marketing Executive:**

- Create and execute marketing strategies to promote carpentry and interior design services across multiple platforms.

- Develop content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and digital ads to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

- Collaborate with designers and sales teams to create promotional campaigns that highlight our craftsmanship and interior solutions.

- Analyze market trends, audience insights, and campaign performance to refine marketing strategies and improve results.

- Work with external partners and vendors to secure collaborations, sponsorships, and advertising deals.

**Sales Representative:**

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for carpentry and interior design projects.

- Meet with potential clients to understand their design needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their vision.

- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and design concepts to clients, converting leads into successful sales.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering post-sale support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with the design and carpentry teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

- Track and report sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Interior Design, Sales, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an on-air host, marketing executive, or sales representative, ideally in the interior design or carpentry industry.

- Strong understanding of interior design trends, carpentry techniques, and home improvement solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.

- Ability to develop engaging, informative content for radio, podcasts, video, and social media.

- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with design software, sales CRM tools, and social media management is a plus.
