Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an academic program that aligns with ELS Language Centres’ standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise instructional staff, fostering their professional development.
- Provide classroom instruction when necessary, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
- Manage the instructional budget and maintain an inventory of educational materials.
- Oversee student placement, testing, and evaluation processes to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
- Schedule classes and orient new students to the academic program.
- Compile and submit required academic reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Support retention initiatives aimed at enhancing student satisfaction and success.
- Assist with managing special programs as required.
