Job Summary:

This role is focused on managing and expanding key SME accounts in the IT software or SaaS industry, with a goal of achieving annual sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and delivering customized solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SME accounts to ensure revenue growth and meet an annual sales target of RM200K.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth delivery of services.
  • Monitor sales performance, align with KPIs, and conduct client reviews.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to anticipate and meet client needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, specifically in IT or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets with SME clients.
  • Strong client relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical understanding of IT/SaaS products and experience in creating tailored proposals.
  • Preferred: Experience with channel sales programs and industries like Property, Construction, and HR systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent presentation and collaboration skills.
