Job Responsibilities:

1. Logistics Operations Management:

Oversee the entire logistics process, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, and inventory management.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and finished goods.
LMW Compliance:
Manage and maintain the LMW license, ensuring full compliance with Malaysian regulations.
Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation related to LMW activities.

3. Supply Chain Coordination:

Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize the supply chain and minimize disruptions.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.

4. Inventory Control:

Implement and manage inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

5. Cost Management:

Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
Negotiate with freight forwarders, transport providers, and other logistics partners to secure favorable rates.

6. Process Improvement:

Continuously review and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed.
Implement best practices and new technologies to streamline operations.

7. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the production, procurement, and sales teams to align logistics activities with overall business goals.
Provide logistics support and guidance to cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry.
Extensive knowledge of Licenses Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) regulations and compliance.
Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and warehouse management.
