BUILDING ENGINEER (CHUPING, PERLIS)

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Identify causes of structural and/or building-related failure.
• Provide tangible solutions for repair/restoration of the subject failure.
• Carry out design, analysis, and review of existing structures.
• Assess building enclosures for failure, deficiency, and performance.
• Perform causal and forensic evaluation of impaired building systems.
• Convey solutions to the client through specifications, drawings, and reporting.
• Maintain current knowledge of technological developments in the field of engineering.
• Prepare detailed and thorough reports, including recommendations for restoration/analysis measures.
• Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure all project work is compliant with the design documents.
• Conduct field investigations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor ‘s Degree in Civil and Structure or any equivalent discipline.
• Possess a minimum (3-5) years of working experience in managing Residential and Commercial projects.
• Required skills: Microsoft Office- Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
• Trustworthy, diligent, motivated, hardworking and fit for site works.
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and able to work under minimum supervision.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
