PROJECT/SERVICE ENGINEER (MECHANICAL) - ROTATING

1. Accountability

• Prepare spare parts list and tools for overhauling and repairing instrument air compressor.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, overhaul, installation, and commissioning at the site.
• Ready to travel and work at short notice.
• Travel to perform ad-hoc repair and rectification jobs at the site (Onshore & Offshore).
• Create service reports and timesheets for customer sign-off after completing jobs.
• Generate required reports (job completion & PM report etc) within the given time frame.
• Provide remote technical support when necessary.
• To assist with customers' technical queries and coordinate with business units to find solutions.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns and complaints.
• Must be willing to provide support services after office hours.
• Participate in service or maintenance contract meetings with clients.
• Provide job scope briefings and any special requirements from the client to technicians and mechanics.
• Collaborate with the Service admin to ensure tools and equipment are monitored and ready for use when needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior/manager.

2. Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent.
• Preferred 3 to 5 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry specifically for instrument air compressor and air dryer.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia for both written and oral skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
