As an Business IT Analyst specializing in Scheduling and Plant Maintenance Applications for our multinational food company, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing IT systems vital to the Global Supply Chain function. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will include ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of applications related to production scheduling, plant maintenance, and shop floor operations.
What we ask
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst with a focus on Scheduling and Plant Maintenance Applications in a multinational or large-scale enterprise.
- In-depth knowledge of plant maintenance processes, production scheduling, and associated shop floor applications.
- Strong understanding of the integration between maintenance and production functions within a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft etc), integration, and manufacturing industry best practices.

Application Support:
- Provide expert-level support for Scheduling and Plant Maintenance applications, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with end-users and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex system problems.
System Enhancement and Optimization:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to the enhancement and optimization of Scheduling and Plant Maintenance applications.
- Participate in the testing and validation of system upgrades and new releases.
User Training:
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on the efficient use of Scheduling and Plant Maintenance applications.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure user proficiency and adoption.
Integration Management:
- Collaborate with IT integration teams to ensure seamless integration between Scheduling and Plant Maintenance applications and other enterprise systems.
- Manage data flows and interfaces to optimize information exchange.
Incident and Change Management:
- Contribute to the management of incidents related to Scheduling and Plant Maintenance applications, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in the implementation of changes and updates, adhering to change management processes.
Data Governance:
- Work with data governance teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within Scheduling and Plant Maintenance applications.
- Implement and enforce data management best practices.
