Job Role

As a CEO Office Intern at FinLit, you will play a pivotal role in both strategic initiatives and daily operations. This internship is suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about learning the intricacies of managing a dynamic digital media company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development: Assist in the formulation and execution of corporate strategies, working directly under the guidance of the C-suite.
  • Operational & Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support for the day-to-day operations, helping streamline office functionality and manage special projects.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and prepare for key meetings and coordinate staff events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Research and Presentation: Undertake research initiatives and prepare presentations that influence decision-making and strategy formulation.
  • Scheduling & Planning: Coordinate and organize scheduling and planning activities to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Keynote & Event Preparation: Work closely with the CEO to prepare keynote presentations for events and arrangements.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle a variety of spontaneous administrative and project tasks as they arise.
