Job Description:

  • Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
  • Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
  • Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that theyre still satisfied with their purchases and services
  • Letting patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a clients or customers questions
  • Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
  • Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
  • Working with management to find appropriate solutions to problems


Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.


Salary Range:

  • From RM1800 to RM4000
