Role Purpose:

  • The Channel Development Executive is responsible for implementing, executing, tracking, and evaluating channel programs for food operators and brand-related initiatives that drive more dining occasions and build Top-of-Mind awareness.

Key Accountabilities:

Financials Revenue & Volume:

  • Execute channel strategies by developing marketing support for food operators, focusing on key drivers (campaign participation leading to sales, dairy applications, and dairy consumption) to achieve category revenue and volume targets for assigned channels.
  • Identify food trend insights that lead to business opportunities and propose emerging ideas to drive business growth.

Brand & Channel Development & Execution:

  • Coordinate the development and rollout of marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Liaise with agencies to leverage KOLs, PR, and foodie networks to highlight food trends and execute brand-related initiatives.
  • Assist in identifying market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform brand strategies.
  • Assist in managing and growing the brand’s social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook).

Customer Development:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute customer-specific programs such as Anchor Legendairy and project collaborations.
  • Support the sales team in the Joint Business Plan (JBP) process by providing channel, category, and shopper trends, and their implications for business growth.

Execution Excellence:

  • Manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and inventory logistics to ensure excellent execution of each project or campaign.
  • Monitor execution progress and program deployment, gathering actionable insights for optimization.

Key Requirements;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Channel Development/Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing or Key Account Sales ideally in the food service or FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of food service industry dynamics and market trends mainly for Horeca channels.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
