We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in staffing, managed services, and recruitment to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships, and ensuring the delivery of tailored staffing, managed services and recruitment service solutions to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing, recruitment, and managed services sectors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders and decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and offer customized staffing, recruitment, and managed services solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality recruitment and managed service offerings.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies to win new business.
  • Solution Development:
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop new service offerings and innovative solutions in line with market demands.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in workforce management.
  • Strategic Partnerships:
  • Build partnerships with key vendors, suppliers, and service providers to enhance the delivery of managed services and staffing solutions.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure timely updates on business pipelines.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing, managed services, or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of staffing models, recruitment processes, and managed service delivery.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
