Let's Talk About the Role:

• Ensure overall safety and management of equipment, including validation, maintenance, calibration, risk management, and business continuity.
• Optimize equipment performance and efficiency (OEE, MTBF).
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and other business systems (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality).
• Execute Business Excellence activities and implement new technologies.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing technical execution and collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to solve complex problems.
• Define criteria for New Equipment Introduction and make recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide expertise and guidance to Maintenance Technicians for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage and plan machine spares inventory systems.
• Create, document, and implement procedures and guidelines to ensure sustainable excellence (e.g., Plant Manual).

Let's Talk About Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of a degree in engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma.
• Ability to evaluate and solve design and engineering problems with minimal guidance.
• Clear and concise communication skills to summarize complex issues effectively.
• Strong experience in preventative or predictive maintenance, with the ability to predict and prevent machine breakdowns.
• Experience with Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
