We are looking for Warehouse Coordinator on contract basis based in Bukit Jelutong Shah Alam.

Responsibility:

Inventory Management:
Use SAP to track and manage stock levels.
Update SAP with inbound and outbound inventory transactions.
Perform regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
Receiving and Dispatching:
Record goods receipt in SAP upon arrival of materials.
Monitor shipments and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
Generate and process shipping and delivery documents in SAP (e.g., picklists, packing slips).
Order Processing:
Process and manage customer orders through SAP.
Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping of orders based on SAP data.
Monitor order statuses and communicate delays or issues to relevant departments.
Material Handling:
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials as per SAP guidelines.
Use SAP to locate and track the movement of materials within the warehouse.
Reporting:
Generate various inventory and warehouse activity reports using SAP.
Analyze data for optimization opportunities in warehouse operations.
Coordination:
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Work with suppliers and customers to address delivery issues.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and movements in SAP.
