QA/QC Coordinator

Requirement: o Fluency in Vietnamese is required, as the QA/QC Coordinator will work closely with the PetroVietnam Drilling Buyer and Logistics team at the headquarters in Vietnam. o Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry. o Experience in Oil field equipment and spare parts. o Experience in good understands about DS1 standard, NS standard and some API standard. o Understand rig daily operation. o Experience in Supply Chain Management including (Warehouse Management, Logistic, Inventory, Procurement, record system). o Industrial environment, offshore marine & drilling operations. OVERALL POSITION SUMARY o To control the quality of drilling tools, lifting gear equipment and others tasks given by Superior. o This position, together Rig Manager, is responsible for managing and carrying out all phases of the drilling operation activities and ensuring strict adherence to the Company’s HSE rules and regulations by all personnel (company and contractor) working on the rig during assigned shift. Key Job Functions 1. Responsible for drilling tools, lifting equipment and processes are met for National regulation, International Standard, Client Specification and other manufacturing/fabrication related. 2. Working closely with logistic team to follow the load out activity; 3. Audit and witness the vendor and supplier to meet the technical requirement and check the receive goods from supplier. 4. Review maintaining quality documents and records such as inspection reports, test report, checklist.... 5. Guiding warehouse Personnel, responsible for maintaining equipment procedures. 6. Company’s Policy and Regulatory Compliance 7. Ensures all regulatory documents, certificates, and inspections are maintained. 8. Maintains system logs.
