  • Assist in managing financial tasks, including accounting & book keeping function, invoicing, and payroll support.
  • Provide support in HR functions, such as recruitment coordination, employee record management, and onboarding processes.
  • Assist with purchasing and procurement activities, ensuring timely orders and deliveries.
  • Prepare and assist with export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Liaise with government agencies and assist in maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate and support sales activities, including processing orders, maintaining customer records, and assisting with customer inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain office operations, including managing supplies and ensuring a tidy work environment.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders.
  • Support senior management and other team members as needed.
  • Previous experience in an admin. & accounts or office support role is added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of finance, HR, purchasing, export documentation, and sales coordination is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite , SQL Accounting Software or other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
